What is your Shipping Policy and Timeline?
We offer free shipping on orders above $35. This however is NOT APPLICABLE for the following:
- Negotiated Prices
- Rush Shipping
- Custom Order Requests
- Bulk Orders
There will be extra charges for shipping or delivery for the above, on case to case basis. Orders can be picked up anytime for free from our location in south Naperville, IL.
We do not offer local delivery at this point.
All orders are shipped with USPS/Fedex/UPS ground. Delivery between 5-7days from the date shipped.
What is your payment policy?
- Starting January 2025, we need a full payment for all orders, including pre-orders. This will ensure smooth operations at our end as cashflow is important for any business. We are not accepting partial payments anymore. But please do not worry, if there is a problem with any product, we will be here rectify it.
Can I return or exchange items if I change my mind?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If there is a damage in bulk orders, we will be replacing the item. We check each product and ship them with professional packing supplies. Any damaged product has to be returned at buyer's expense.
Are personalized or custom orders available?
- Yes, we offer personalized and custom-made items for some products. Contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Paypal, all major credit/debit cards. Zelle and Venmo payments are accepted on request.
I would like my orders shipped within India or would like to pay in INR. Is it possible?
- Of course, we can asssit you with purchasing gifts in India and we can accept payments in Indian currency.
What is your shipping policy?
- We offer free domestic shipping in USA for orders exceeding $35. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. All orders will be sent through USPS ground or similar service which may take 3-5 business days.
Is there a minimum order requirement for bulk purchases?
- Yes, for some products so that we can give you the best deal possible.
